Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Bradford, form September 202026. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements and school policies.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to challenge and support learners of all abilities.
- Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to promote improvement.
- Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and wider school initiatives.
- Participate in parents’ evenings, CPD sessions, and school events as required.
Pre‑requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS4/KS5 (ECTs are welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching young people.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
