This is a brilliant opportunity for a Data Technician to step into a highly technical role within a growing Delegated Authority and data focused environment. You will take ownership of complex data analysis across premium and claims, working across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and insight that directly supports underwriting and operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analysing transactional data across premium and claims to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Tracing data through market systems to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Comparing bordereaux, treaty statements and policy administration data to ensure alignment
- Supporting month end processes and signing activities
- Working closely with claims teams on reporting and follow up of key transactions
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on data queries
- Supporting data governance initiatives and contributing to working groups
- Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and enhance reporting capabilities
Experience You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market processes and systems
- Experience working with premium and claims data within Delegated Authority or bureau environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve data issues
- High attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders across the business
