Catering Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the café, maintaining a respectful and efficient working environment.
• Address day‑to‑day challenges constructively while upholding high standards of customer service.
• Take orders, prepare and serve food and drink, and ensure service areas are clean, well‑stocked and inviting.
• Promote products, maximise sales opportunities, and help ensure a high‑quality customer experience across all aspects of the service.
