Earnings Potential

A full-time self-employed PT can realistically earn £2,500 to £4,500+ per month by month six, based on your personal training network.

In a multi-centre placement the earning potential is determined by session rate, client volume and consistency in building your business.

  • LEVEL UP – year-round in-person and online learning with global experts.
  • PT Hub – online repository of templates, guides and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set your own schedule and client booking.
  • Conduct personal training sessions, group exercise classes, gym floor assessments, seminars and workshops (minimum 4 sessions per week during rent-free month, then 3 once licence fees commence).
  • Manage all business aspects – pricing, client acquisition, retention and financials.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential).
  • Based in or able to work regularly in Plymouth Life Centre and Plympton area.
  • Comfortable in a gym environment with strong member relationship skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, ready to take ownership of your business.
