Responsibilities
- Cook authentic BBQ dishes as part of Hickory’s Smokehouse kitchen.
- Work in a busy kitchen, delivering high-quality meals.
- Learn the art of authentic BBQ cooking and become a master of the flames.
- Participate in training and progression opportunities through our award-winning Hickory’s Training Academy.
Qualifications
- Passionate chef who wants to master authentic BBQ cooking.
- Interest in learning BBQ techniques and working in a team-focused environment.
