Bar Team Member – Tap & Brew

BAR STAFF – TAP&BREW BAR, NEWCASTLE AIRPORT

Fixed term contract until November 2026! Full‑time role with a mixture of morning, evening and overnight shifts.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (plus £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate to £13.91 per hour).

24‑hour operation unit. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks, work on certain shifts or serve alcohol.
• Passionate, kind, and always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• Believe in the power of people and that each day is going to be a good day.

About the Bar Staff role

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Take orders and prepare drinks behind the bar.
• Work on the floor collecting glasses and keeping sections clean and presentable.
• Support the bar team as a Bar Back by restocking supplies throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware and essential items.
