Pay Rates
Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.

Responsibilities
As part of the Maintenance department, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service alongside the Maintenance Team Leader, ensuring smooth operation of the guest journey and maintaining the quality of the hotel.
You will perform all essential maintenance repairs and minor works, keeping the hotel fully functional and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Skilled and detail‑oriented Painter and Decorator for internal and external painting, surface preparation and minor repairs.
- Ability to work independently, maintaining the entire property and ensuring all areas are fully functional.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.
- Guest‑focused with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Team player who supports broader team needs.
Required Skills
Previous experience as a maintenance technician would help but is not essential; the role requires willingness to learn about maintenance in a large hotel.
