Role Overview
We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic multi‑trade operative based in Aylesbury at Griffin Place. The role is part of our Empty Homes team, working on void properties across the Aylesbury area. You will turn empty homes into welcoming spaces, maintain high standards, and support safe, comfortable homes for local customers.
What we’re looking for
- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
- A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work
- Proactive, self‑motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours and travel
Additional requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Basic DBS Check (Bromford will arrange this)
- If you hold any relevant qualifications, we’ll need to see the original certificates
