Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm Start Date: September Salary: £32,000.00 – 52,000.00 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love of learning
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic progress and personal development.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Support students’ wider development through enrichment opportunities, such as clubs, trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
- Passion for Teaching
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons
- Effective classroom management skills with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- A team player who contributes positively to the department and wider school community
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
