HGV Class 2 Driver/Loader

Salary: £14.21 per hour, plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 0630-1500 (8 hours/day, 30 minute unpaid break).

Location: Wyre, FY7 6RP.

What you’ll be doing

  • Load, transport, and unload waste materials collected according to the Contract Specification, following health & safety requirements, company procedures, and law.
  • Undertake any training/instruction required to carry out these duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and equipment to a high standard.
  • Represent the company in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Ensure crew members work safely and responsibly, observing all relevant legislation.

What we’re looking for

Essential qualifications:

  • Class 2 Driving Licence
  • Trained in use of vehicle & equipment
  • Medically fit to undertake physical work
