Overview
Our client is a luxury womenswear brand celebrated for its red‑carpet presence and international celebrity following. We are seeking an Atelier Coordinator to join the London‑based atelier team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee garment flow through all atelier stations, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Allocate work to tailors based on skill and priority to maximize efficiency.
- Liaise with international ateliers to align on timelines and production standards.
- Support VIP and private client orders with detailed QC and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update systems, tech packs, BOMs, and patterns for smooth operations.
- Promote collaboration, process improvements, and adherence to atelier protocols.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience within the luxury or premium fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, product development, and production processes.
- Hands‑on knowledge of pattern cutting, machining, size, and fit.
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Full‑time, atelier‑based role in London.
