Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wheatley or Buckingham for a Part-Time Swim Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, demonstrating proper techniques, ensuring safety andFrench engagement, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Swim Instructor will also assist in planning and customising lesson plans to meet specific goals and ensure the effective delivery of our high-quality aquatic programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons delivery
- Strong background in Swimming and Aquatics
- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse age groups
- Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or lifeguarding (e.g., ASA, STA) are preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic teaching environment
