If you are looking for reliable HGV Driving work with great rates of pay, and regular weekly hours, ADR Network is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work on the PepsiCo contract with XPO, one of the UK’s leading logistics companies.

With ADR Network partnering with XPO, you can expect regular assignments with no manual handling in clean vehicles. We offer a range of start times across the week and, welcoming both ad‑hoc drivers and those seeking more stable, regular ongoing work. A member of our recruitment team will work with you to help you source the role that is right for you.

Pay Rates:

Days (06:00 – 18:00): £16.50 per hour

Nights (18:00 – 06:00): £17.50 per hour

Weekends: up to £19.50 per hour

Holiday pay is accrued separately and you can earn up to 28 paid days in a calendar year.

You’ll be delivering food and drink products from a modern, well‑organised depot in Leicester. This is straightforward Lorry Driving, just trunking work to distribution centres and cash & carry depots using clean, well‑maintained 13‑metre curtain‑sided vehicles.

Typical shift lengths range from between 10–12 hours, with both ad‑hoc and regular options available. Whether you prefer consistency or flexibility, we will work around a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 6 months of recent HGV driving experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
