About the role
The role requires working weekends and night shifts from 11pm – 7:30am.
Responsibilities include:
- All duties of a bartender and room service attendant
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
- Confidently talking about menus, offering upsells and enthusiastically engaging guests
- Taking orders from guests and ensuring their needs are met
- Processing orders and payments for rooms across the resort
- Maintaining cleaning and good hygiene practices
About you
Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but training will be provided for new starters.

Salary and Hours
Hourly rate: £12.71 base plus £0.70 expected gratuities, with additional pay for late night hours (12am – 6am). Target earning potential: £13.41 per hour.
