Head Chef (Neapolitan Head Pizzaiolo) – Rudy’s Pizza – Chester

Salary: £39,750 per annum + up to 32% bonus (paid quarterly)

Responsibilities

• This isn’t just about running a kitchen—it’s about owning it.
• Lead from the front in a busy, open kitchen and set the standard for world‑class Neapolitan pizza while building, developing and inspiring the team.
• Drive quality, pace, culture and consistency—ensuring every pizza that leaves the pass is nothing short of perfect.

Qualifications

• Highly experienced Neapolitan Pizzaiolo.
• Proven leadership in a senior kitchen role with administrative experience (rotas, stock, people management).
• Deep expertise in dough, fermentation and Neapolitan techniques.
• Confident managing high‑volume service and pizza ovens.
• Natural leader who can develop teams and build future talent.
• Obsessed with pizza.
