As Reservations and Events Agent you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission! You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

What you’ll be doing
- Top quality customer service
- Working as part of a great team
- Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
- Maximising revenue through upselling
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you most

Shift patterns and training
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview. If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training.
