Requirements and Responsibilities
- Experienced in fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurants.
- In‑depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiency.
- Understanding of hospitality management.
- Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of health and safety and licensing laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Willingness to share last five years of experience (work, education, personal) and to undergo a criminal record check.
