You will enjoy unique early‑morning starts from 3am, and a variety of shifts that keep the work landscape vibrant.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities include maintaining brand standards and food quality, and collaborating with our award‑winning food team to keep our collective success at the highest level.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Experienced in fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurants.
  • In‑depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiency.
  • Understanding of hospitality management.
  • Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of health and safety and licensing laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to share last five years of experience (work, education, personal) and to undergo a criminal record check.
