Role
SPA CONCIERGE, SPA & WELLNESS
39 hours, 5 days per week
Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team.
As a Spa Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness.
- To ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests at all times. Greets all guests upon their arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offer return guests “re-orientations”.
- To organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guests needs are of first importance
- Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all Spa and hotel related questions with guests.
- Complete all daily reception duties as trained by Spa & Wellness Manager/ by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager; create and review SOPs as assigned by Spa & Wellness Manager/ by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager and make sure they are followed at all times.
Requirements
Shift pattern: rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, weekends and bank holidays.
To be a successful Spa Concierge candidate, you have:
- Experience within a luxury Spa environment or reception experience and a passion for service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong understanding of systems and IT technology, is a strong team player and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Spa or Hotel experience in a 5-star environment is desirable but not essential.
