About the Role

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join a fast‑paced food production team. This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in busy environments and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing food products accurately
• Labelling and packaging items correctly
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Conducting quality checks
• Meeting daily production targets
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Working in a freezer environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or food production (desirable, not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
