Responsibilities

• The Secondary Teacher Biology Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• Ability to incorporate real‑world applications of biology into lessons.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and experiments.
• There will be an expectation for the successful Secondary Teacher Biology Teacher to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school’s core values.

Qualifications and Experience

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• You will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• You will also need proven classroom experience or training to be eligible for this position.
