You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a polite and professional manner. You will ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed in line with company policy, being responsible for cross‑selling and upselling on initial enquiries. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success across the business. You will be motivated by business targets and work in an organised and efficient manner, confident as part of a team that helps one another thrive and reach its highest potential.
