Back of House Steward – The Lanesborough
As a Steward, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our Food & Beverage teams by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization across all back‑of‑house areas. You will be hands‑on, proactive and a strong team player, maintaining clean and well‑organised workspaces while supporting service delivery throughout the hotel.
You will take pride in maintaining impeccable standards, working collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant teams, and ensuring all procedures and health & safety standards are adhered to at all times. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or stewarding role within a luxury hotel or high‑end environment is preferred
- Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Immaculate grooming standards and excellent personal hygiene
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑focused mindset
- Please note this role involves manual handling and heavy lifting
