Location: Roehampton

Position: Intervention Teacher

Contract: Temp to Perm

Salary: £3200 to £4500 perm month

Start Time: September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to groups of pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Support pupils in achieving their learning goals in core subjects
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Track and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to staff and parents where appropriate
• Help build pupils’ confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning
• Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure intervention support is effective

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Hold QTS (essential)
• Strong teaching experience within a primary school setting
• High expectations for learning and behaviour
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Engage and motivate pupils, fostering a positive learning environment
• Previous experience as an Intervention Teacher or delivering targeted interventions (desirable but not essential)
• Legal right to work in the UK (essential)
