SEN Teaching Assistant Autism
Salary: £95-£115 per day

Join a supportive SEN college as a Learning Mentor, working with college students with Autism, sensory needs, and complex learning difficulties. You will provide tailored guidance, helping students achieve their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure students continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- Establish and maintain standards of pupil behaviour to create an orderly and productive environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health challenges in children and adolescents.
- Experience in implementing strategies to support emotional well‑being.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility for British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Proven classroom experience or training.
