Our client is looking for reliable, hardworking crew members to join their friendly team, helping deliver stunning tipi events across a range of exciting venues. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and working as part of a great crew, this could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Luton vans and/or pickup trucks with trailers
• Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment
• Pitching and dismantling Big Hat Tipi structures
• Heavy lifting and physical setup work
• Yard and equipment maintenance
• Supporting logistics and event operations

What We’re Looking For

• Over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy manual work
• Hardworking with a can‑do attitude
• Practical and hands‑on mindset
• Able to think on your feet
• Reliable team player
• Clean and professional presentation

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in labouring, construction, or events
• Based within 20 minutes of High Barnet
