HGV Class 2 Driver

HGV Class Two Removals Driver – 12 months Experience Required – London NW10 – Permanent Role

Salary: Up to £39,520 (DOE) + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 0700am. (40 hours per week.)

Your Role

• Driving Class 2 vehicles and overseeing the safe transportation of clients’ belongings across residential and commercial moves.
• Load, transport, and deliver furniture and client possessions.
• Lead and supervise the team, including branch cover when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.

What we need from you

• 12+ months of HGV 2 driving experience.
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) license and CPC certificate.
• Experience in removals, furniture delivery, or warehouse operations.
• Must be physically fit for a hands‑on role and able to manage a demanding role.
• Knowledge of local traffic routes, vehicle maintenance, and health & safety.
• You will be expected to work weekends on occasion and may be required to spend nights away from the base, particularly for long‑distance moves.
• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills, local route knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and health & safety are essential.
