1:1 Teaching Assistant – SEN

We are working to support a specialist school in Stockport to recruit a full‑time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated and experienced team.
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties
- Sensory and/or Physical Needs
About the Role
- Support a 10‑year‑old boy who has ADHD and complex needs, providing emotional support and tailoring lessons to his individual needs.
- Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to support the young boy.
- Stockport location; must be able to drive as the area is rural.
- Long‑term, full‑time position.
- ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a young boy with ADHD and additional needs.
- Assist the class teacher with other pupils and classroom management.
