Role Summary
We’re looking for experienced HGV Technician(s) to work at our Gatwick area workshop. In this role, you will keep customers’ vehicles on the road through safe, compliant, and high‑quality maintenance, delivering exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities
- Perform major and minor repairs to Mercedes‑Benz trucks.
- Conduct regular inspections and general preventive maintenance.
- Maintain workshop inventory and keep the area clean of oil spills and dust.
- Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs.
- Record repaired vehicles in Keyloop/Kerridge modules.
- Complete relevant documentation and paperwork; submit warranty claims or escalate to higher management.
- Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
- Ensure the highest levels of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
- Complete customer documentation within agreed timeframes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI qualification in HGV vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Experience in diagnostic and service repairs.
- Ability to identify worn or faulty components per DVSA standards.
- Current, full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes.
