The Field Technician will respond to customer complaints and/or enquiries with courtesy to ensure they are dealt with promptly or reported to an immediate supervisor or more senior level of management without delay. The technician assumes personal responsibility for the effective and efficient use of company resources under their control. When required, the technician will drive company vehicles and carry out routine checks of vehicles and towing equipment to ensure compliance with company guidelines or statutory regulations.
