The Role:

Halesbury School is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to expand our support team for children with complex special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Work with pupils aged 4‑19 who have autism, complex communication and cognitive and learning needs.
  • Provide support in Early Years and Key Stage 1 settings.
  • Use adapted teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Experience working with students who have autism is desirable.

Benefits:

  • Hours: 32.5 per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)
  • Salary: £20,019.72 – £21,820.87 + SEN 2
  • Location: Halesbury School, Feldon Lane, Halesowen, B62 9DR
