Responsibilities
Working as part of the Catering team the job holder will be required to prepare, cook and serve a side range of dishes, including therapeutic diets, for patients, staff, visitors and functions. The post holder will also be required to supervise subordinate staff in all duties within the department in the absence of dedicated supervisory staff.
35 hours per week, various shifts (as when required).
