Chef de Partie – Role Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true foodie who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants to be part of a creative kitchen environment. Our menus change seasonally with worldwide influences, alongside a daily changing menu on a four-week cycle, offering constant learning and development opportunities for the right candidate.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and deliver high quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are always met and exceeded.
- Take a hands on approach in the kitchen, leading your section with confidence and setting the standard during service.
- Collaborate closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- A proactive and detail oriented Chef de Partie with a passion for high quality food and strong organisational skills.
- You will be confident running your own section, maintaining consistency and presentation standards, and supporting the wider team during busy service periods.
- A positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
- This role would suit a chef who is eager to learn, enjoys creativity, and wants to develop within a progressive kitchen environment.

Compensation & Working Hours
The role pays up to £14.80 per hour and is predominantly Monday – Friday. Please note we are closed on Easter, Christmas, and bank holidays. Meals are also provided while on duty.
