We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee night operations at a luxury residential setting. As the primary point of contact during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, concerns, or requests
Operate the concierge desk, maintaining accurate records for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries
Receive, log, and securely manage parcels, mail, and dry cleaning
Oversee key handling, ensuring accurate and secure management at all times
Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
Monitor CCTV and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns promptly
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours incidents following approved procedures
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings as required
Provide helpful recommendations for local services, restaurants, and amenities
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to support smooth operations and handovers
Maintain daily concierge logs to ensure excellent communication across shifts
Escalate maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary
The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organised, and experienced in concierge or front-of-house roles.
