Primary Teacher KS2

Salary: £36,413 – £48,532

Job Type: Full Time

Join Us as a Primary Teacher KS2 in a Primary School. Looking for a Year 6 Teacher who is passionate about preparing students for their next academic steps. The role includes delivering a comprehensive curriculum while encouraging both academic excellence and emotional growth. You will work in close partnership with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal Primary Teacher KS2 for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
  • The expectations for this role is a Primary Teacher KS2 who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
  • Proficiency in teaching advanced literacy, numeracy, and problem‑solving.
  • Familiarity with promoting teamwork through group projects and discussions.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
