Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Counter Balance Forklift Drivers to join a busy recycling company based in Hartlepool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing waste and recycling operation offering ongoing work and shift allowances.
The Role
Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, transporting materials around site, and supporting general recycling operations.
Main Duties
- Operating Counter Balance and Telescopic Forklifts safely
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving materials around the recycling facility
- Supporting general site operations as required
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
Working Hours
- Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- 7am / 7pm starts
- Average 40-hour working week
- Overtime available as required
Requirements
- Valid Counter Balance Forklift licence essential
- Telescopic licence beneficial
- Previous FLT experience preferred
- Reliable and flexible attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
