Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Sales Career) – Central London

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, both in-person, virtually and over the phone
  • Proactively arranging and attending face-to-face meetings (client visits, candidate meet and greets, networking)
  • Headhunting, matching and placing candidates into live roles
  • Managing the full recruitment sales cycle i.e. business development, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and placement management
  • Developing new business and growing your own specialist market
  • Working towards targets with support, mentoring and coaching from experienced consultants and managers
  • Learning key commercial skills, negotiation, persuasion and influencing
