We’re looking for Qualified Teachers to support Primary schools in Luton.

Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to classroom environments
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for inspiring and supporting pupils of all abilities

Skills:

• Ability to maintain an orderly and focused learning environment
• Comfortable between switching between year groups, subjects, an school environments
• Clear verbal and written communication with pupils, staff, and parents
• Skilled at recognising and addressing bahavioural challenges constructively
• Able to work closely with Teaching Assistants and school staff

Educational requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)

• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

• A flexible, professional, and proactive approach
