The Chestnut Horse, Easton is looking for a Full‑Time Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and reliable hospitality professional who can help lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy pub environment.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospitality supervisor role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent customer service standards
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising daily front‑of‑house operations
• Leading and motivating the team
• Ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
• Assisting with staff training and rota management
• Handling customer queries professionally
