What you will do

  • Business Growth – Deliver Beauty & Home targets, shape regional strategy, and drive key customer plans across Europe.
  • Consultative Selling – Partner with technical teams to demonstrate the value of our starch‑based texturizers, identify innovation opportunities, and lead annual commercial negotiations.
  • Strategy – Support global and Europe Beauty & Home plans aligned with segment priorities and the Ingredion portfolio.
  • Innovation – Bring new ideas, represent customer needs, spot emerging trends, and champion digital and AI tools to elevate customer service.
  • Project Delivery – Identify growth opportunities, initiate customer projects, and ensure strong briefs and full delivery of project targets.
  • Customer Centricity – Build strong, multi‑level customer relationships and deliver a consistent, positive experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – Operate independently in a niche Beauty & Home market, with strong ownership, self‑direction, and sector experience to engage major customers effectively.

Position requires regular/constant travel to customers across the assigned region and Ingredion sites.

What you will bring

  • Holds a degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry or in Pharma with commercial experience in at least one of the relevant business sectors.
  • Established track record in delivering key projects, and driving/achieving sales performance and business growth.
  • Deep passion for sales and customer engagement with strong strategic thinking and commercial insight, capable of shaping, executing, and sustaining long‑term business strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across functions in a matrix organisation, with the ability to inspire and influence others to support growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven history of successfully leading and developing a team.
