Head Chef
We are looking for a skilled Head Chef to bring an innovative and high‑quality culinary experience to Wilde’s aparthotels across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute all‑day dining menus, focusing on high quality, health‑conscious, locally sourced produce to delight guests.
- Overall management of the small kitchen team, maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety.
- Support team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, ensure allergens are up to date, and support the Head of R&B to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Act as the brand ambassador, representing Wilde with enthusiasm, energy and flair.
- Maintain a culture of respect, inclusivity, kindness, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage with local community initiatives and charity events.
Qualifications
- Passionate and knowledgeable Head Chef, capable of working alone or as part of a small kitchen team.
- At least 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong collaboration skills to work within the wider Wilde team.
