First Choice are currently seeking 3 Administration support officers to work in the finance division of the Southern Trust, this role will bebased at McAvoy House, Newry.
These posts are required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday Friday 9am 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £12.75 per hour.
The main duties of this role will be:
- Input, process, monitor and validate financial information ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide high quality administrative support to the finance team.
- Ensure financial information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain and assist with various reconciliations of control accounts.
- Assist compliance with Public Sector Prompt Payment Policy.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSES grade A*- C including English and Maths
- 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
