Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Residential Contractor working on a large residential housing project in Drogheda, recruiting a Finishing Foreman
Your new role as Site Foreman
Set up and maintain walkways and routes
Manage health and safety on site
Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages
Understanding of delivery targets
Inspect on site works
Weekly reporting on project delivery
Assist in daily meetings
Manage on-site contractors
Control works, including finishes and fixes and handover
What you’ll need to be successful as Site Foreman
A valid CSCS card.
Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
Strong health and safety knowledge.
