Computer Science is at the heart of the 21st century withfar- reaching benefits to society, commerce, health and engineering. Using theprogramme Python, favoured by employers and universities, you will learn thetheory of programming and how to develop coding solutions for complex situations.You’ll look at databases, data structures, algorithms and networking, studyingthe components of a computer and learning how these make powerful machines. Youwill also complete a project worth 20% of your final grade in year 2.
