About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at The Pheasant Inn, a beautifully refurbished 17th‑century coaching inn in the Lake District, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. You will take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the presentation and quality of dishes meet the Inn’s high standards.
- Take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
- Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
- Work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role.
- Genuine passion for food.
- Strong communication, time‑keeping, and organisational skills.
