Duties of a Bodyshop Technician

• Conducting a mixture of panel repairs, mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) work, and paint refinishing
• Ensuring high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs
• Maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge to ensure industry standards are met
• Providing excellent customer service, fostering customer loyalty and referrals
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and orderly administration of work
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines throughout the workshop

Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician

• Proven experience in a bodyshop environment, with strong skills in panel work, MET, and paint refinishing
• Excellent attention to detail and quality awareness
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with customers
• Able to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
• ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential; relevant experience will be considered
• Time‑served individuals are encouraged to apply
