Welcome & Service Team Member – Liverpool

Working Pattern

Work according to a two-week rota: Week 1, 3 days; Week 2, 4 days. Shifts 9 am‑5 pm (including lunch). Weekend and bank holiday work required.

About this Role

The Welcome Team at National Trust Formby handles visitor interactions, sharing knowledge of the site and promoting membership and fundraising. The role requires a friendly, energetic approach, on‑foot presence, and light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and share information to enhance visitor experience.
• Answer questions, assist with requests, and provide accurate information.
• Promote National Trust membership and fundraising, encouraging visitor involvement.
• Carry out light physical tasks and manual handling as needed.
• Deliver excellent service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer focused with a strong service orientation.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Well organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.

Benefits

Salary: £13.25 per hour (fixed term until 3 Oct 2026). Total hours: 345 over the contract term. Salary paid in equal monthly instalments.
