Flexible Multi-Trade Operative – Housing Maintenance

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is looking for a skilled Multi-trader to join our team in SE London. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £43k-£45k and the opportunity to perform various maintenance and repair tasks within Social Housing.

The ideal candidate will hold a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a trade, have experience in social housing maintenance, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. A van and fuel card will be provided.
