Salary: £198- £258 per day. Job Type: Long Term.
Join us as a Secondary Teacher Maths Teacher in a Secondary School. This outstanding school is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maths Teacher to deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum across KS3–KS5. You will inspire students to develop strong numeracy, problem‑solving, and analytical skills while fostering a love of mathematics. Responsibilities
- The Secondary Teacher Maths Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- Familiarity with preparing students for SATs, GCSEs, or A-level exams.
- Experience in using interactive tools and software for teaching math.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Secondary Teacher Maths Teacher to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school’s core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
