Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – DRIVER WITH OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED
Shifts Available: Zero‑Hour Contract – Flexible shifts Monday–Sunday 7am–10pm
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be considered.

What You Will Do
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) while maintaining dignity and comfort
- Support daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
- Conduct regular wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort
- Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards
- Participate in team meetings and share ideas for continuous improvement of service and care processes
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a care role preferred, but genuine passion for helping others essential
- Friendly, supportive demeanour and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills with clients and families
- Willingness to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and support colleagues
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
- Due diligence and professionalism in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- Own vehicle and willingness to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
