Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – DRIVER WITH OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED

Shifts Available: Zero‑Hour Contract – Flexible shifts Monday–Sunday 7am–10pm

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be considered.

What You Will Do

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) while maintaining dignity and comfort
  • Support daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort
  • Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas for continuous improvement of service and care processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a care role preferred, but genuine passion for helping others essential
  • Friendly, supportive demeanour and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and families
  • Willingness to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and support colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
  • Due diligence and professionalism in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Own vehicle and willingness to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
