About the Role
As a Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Work within your degree subject or a closely related department
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom support and intervention
- Deliver targeted small‑group sessions
- Support pupils with academic confidence, organisation and progress
- Work closely with class teachers and Heads of Department
- Receive ongoing coaching and training throughout the year
